Whistleblowing Policy

Our company’s Whistleblowing Policy establishes secure channels through which individuals can report any suspected wrongdoings or misconduct.

To encourage whistleblowers to disclose information about alleged improper conduct, the Whistleblower Protection Act of 2010 ensures safe avenues for reporting to the relevant authorities in good faith. This protection includes safeguarding identities, granting immunity from civil and criminal proceedings, and preventing detrimental actions.

Whistleblowing reports may be sent to:

Whistleblowing Committee
Unit 609B, Kompleks Diamond Bangi Business Park, Jalan Medan Bangi, Seksyen 1,
43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.

(All reports received are treated with utmost confidentiality and investigated independently by the Whistleblowing Committee who is the administrator of the whistleblowing policy.)

  3. The identity of the wrongdoer;
